As we plan local development, it is important to stay informed on the capacity of our infrastructure. Are we keeping pace with development? In addition to sewers, we need to consider traffic, permeable surface for rain water runoff, access to public transportation, availability of schools, hospitals, libraries, police and fire department resources, green space, and other community resources.
